Hello-I basically need the wiring from my boiler to the thermostate repaired. I just had National Grid come over and said that the boiler & thermostat is just fine and that it was just the wiring that seems to be the problem. The thermostat is located on the 2nd floor of my house.

I have a three way switch that controls my patio lights. A digital timer has been substituted for one of the switches. That timer has burned out. I want a new timer (which I have) installed and the second switch disabled. The timer I have purchased is a SINGLE POLE, as I am thinking that will work if I do not want the second switch on the circuit to be operable. Small job, but I need to have somebody who knows what he's doing to get it done.
